| 摘 要： | 运用2001～2007年省际面板数据分析了中国服务业吸引外资的决定因素,指出人力资本、基础设施、服务业发展水平、外资利用状况和房地产业吸引力是中国服务业利用外资的重要决定因素。对中国服务业引资环境进行分析后指出,中国服务业吸收外资比例较低与我国人力资本状况、服务业发展水平、基础设施建设水平以及制造业利用外资现状密不可分。
