对高校公共艺术教育质量评价方案的研究

从公共艺术教育的理论、实践、技能技巧等多个方面进行分析研究，以学生艺术素质的全面发展为指向，遵循艺术教育的多向性、层次性、动态性、直观性原则，对公共艺术教育的内容进行分类、筛选、整合，选取最能代表公共艺术教学水平和质量的内容，组成指标体系，并按其在教育质量中所起作用的大小确定权重，从高到低分5个等级，给出相应的分值。评价体系包括教师教学效果评价和学生学习效果评价：对教师评价的主要指标是教学改革、课程与教学、科研创作与展演活动、教学绩效4个内容；对学生的评价有艺术修养、艺术实践能力、艺术活动、选修辅修艺术课程与参加艺术社团4个内容。在尊重艺术教育规律的前提下，由学生、同行教师、教学督导等多个层次进行评价，以确保评价的效度和信度。

The index system, the weight of which is determined in accordance with its role in the quality of education, is divided into five high - to - low grades and a corresponding score is given to each grade. The evaluation system includes two major aspects of evaluating teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes. And the main indicators of teacher evaluation are teaching reform, curriculum and teaching, research and exhibition, and teaching performance, while the evaluation of the students has four aspects of artistic accomplishment, artistic practical ability, artistic activities, and elective courses and participation in the arts community. On the premise of the law of art education, the evaluation should be attended by students, fellow teachers, teaching supervisors and other levels of evaluation, in order to ensure its validity and reliability.
