| 摘 要： | 我国农业和农村存在着严重的生态环境问题,主要表现为水土流失、土地的荒漠化和盐碱化、农业生产过程中不合理地利用化肥、农药造成的环境污染和畜禽粪便等对环境的污染,如不抓紧解决将会影响我国农业和农村的可持续发展。治理农业环境问题必须加强法制建设,依法保护农业生态环境;科学合理地使用化肥、农药、地膜等农用物质;加强农业废弃物的综合利用;大力发展生态农业。

Ecological and Environmental Problems in Agriculture |

| Abstract: | Serious ecological and environmental problems exist in agriculture and rural areas in our country, such as water and soil loss, desertification, salinization and alkalization of soil, environmental pollution due to improper use of fertilizer, pesticide and animal manure. All those will impair the sustainable development of agriculture and rural area. To solve the problem, we must strengthen legal system bailding and protect agricultural ecological environment according to law, apply fertilizer, pesticide and plastic film rationally, lay stress on synthetic utilization of agricultural wastes and must develop ecological agriculture. |
