信息技术企业员工流失模型实证研究

摘    要:针对中国当前信息技术企业人才流失率居高不下问题,本文建立了信息技术企业员工流失模型,并结合对深圳市数家中小型信息技术企业技术员工的调查分析,对该模型进行验证。最后指出:在管理实践中使用该模型定期对信息技术企业员工进行调查分析,可获取很多可能造戍人员流失的潜在影响因素信息,如果及时采取改善措施,可对技术员工的大规模流失“防范于未然”。

Abstract:Aiming at the situation that the employee turnover rate keeps very high all at once in IT Companies in China, this paper proposes the employee turnover model in IT Industry, furthermore, makes an detailed analysis and confirmation to the model after investigating the technical employee in small - and - mid scale IT companies in Shenzhen province. It also points out that if timely using the model above mentioned during managing practice, leaders can know much information about the factors which affects the employee turnover, and can stop the turnover trends by adopting some improvement measures.
