| 摘 要： | 20世纪80年代以来，小企业逐渐成为美国经济增长的发动机。本文在简要分析小企业对美国经济和社会之贡献的基础上，着重探讨了美国政府在行政、立法、财政、专项研究计划和政府采购等六个方面所采取的促进小企业发展的政策措施。

| Abstract: | The small businesses have been the engine of the economic growth of America since 1980s. After briefly overviewing small businesses' contributions to the American economy and society, the article puts a great importance on the American government's policies and measures to encourage the development of small businesses, which include the administrative, legislative, fincial measures and special research programs as well as government procurement measures. |
