| 摘 要： | 目前,北京CBD正从规划建设阶段逐渐向建设管理阶段、由产业规划阶段向形成产业阶段过渡.因此,北京CBD发挥其商务功能,发展现代服务业的紧迫性日益突出.今后北京市将加快包括北京商务中心区在内的7个重点功能区的建设,将把北京CBD建设成为以吸引跨国公司总部和地区总部为重点,以发展现代服务业为主导,以培育国际金融产业为龙头的,北京重要的国际金融功能区和发展现代服务业的聚集地.在这样的态势和定位下,本文针对北京CBD现代服务业的状况进行研究,并就存在的问题提出了对策和建议.

| Abstract: | At present Beijing CBD is in the transition from planning period to construction management period and from industrial planning period to industrial formation period.Its increasingly urgent to exert its commercial function and develop modern service industry.Beijing will promote 7 key functional areas building including Beijing commercial center area in order to make the Capital as China's important financial center and modern service industrial assemble area which will attract multinational headquarters and local headquarters,develop modern service industry,foster international finance industry.This article studied the present situation of the modern service industrial development of Beijing CBD and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the bases of the existing problems. |
