| 摘 要： | 实行企业化经营是地勘队伍改革的重要任务和基本取向,地勘单位如何适应改革发展的变化,探索建立符合改革发展要求的财务管理方法,是一项紧迫的任务。本文分析了地勘单位现行分散财务管理模式的缺陷,论述了实行集权式财务管理是地勘单位改革发展的必然要求,提出了建立集权式财务管理的措施。

The paper not only discusses the shortcomings in current decentralized financial management, and the necessities of executing centralized financial management, but also presents some measures to it. |
