| 摘 要： | 在中国古代先秦齐国时期，“修政，因其俗，简其礼……”的治国方针，“居同乐”、“行同和”、“死同哀”的三同文化，“厚其生”、“宽其政”、“匡其急”、“振其穷”的理论，以及均贫富、薄赋敛的口号形成了齐国独特的人本文化，体现了朴素的人本思想。这些在某种程度上与十多个世纪以后西方文化中的核心精神——人本主义，对人的人格和价值的关注和尊重是不谋而合的。
