| 摘 要： | 目前,我国高新技术企业存在着债务缺口和资本缺口等融资问题,制约其快速发展。应通过无形资产抵押担保、区域联合协作、无板市场上市、在海外创业板上市等融资渠道,开拓高新技术企业的融资视野,以解决融资瓶颈等问题。

| Abstract: | At present,the new high-tech enterprise in our country has financing problems such as debt shortfall and capital shortfall,etc.All this restricts the new high-tech enterprise fast development.Should go through the financing channels such as making mortgage guarantee of intangible assets,the area jointly cooperate,market of no board to list,list on overseas growth enterprise board and so on.Widen fields of the financing view of the new high-tech enterprise,in order to solve he financing bottleneck problem. |
