| 摘 要： | 基于对当前连锁企业跨区域物流配送存在主要问题的分析,对连锁企业市域内和跨区域物流配送不同特点的比较,对几种常见配送方式跨区域物流配送适用性的讨论,提出了两种连锁企业跨区域物流配送的一般模式:垂直集中的物流配送模式和网络分散的物流配送模式,并对它们进行了比较分析。
