摘 要: | 本文针对班组绩效管理过程中所出现的问题,结合某公司生产型班组的实际情况,设置了班组绩效指标的评价体系,通过采用模糊层次分析法,运用该体系对某生产班组进行了评价,结果较为符合该班组的实际情况,可为班组绩效评价提供新的参考方法。

Abstract: | In view of the problems appeared in the course of the team performance management, the system of team performance evaluation indicators is set up for the actual situation of a companyˊs production team. By fuzzy hierarchy analysis, the system is evaluated and the result is consistent with the actual situation of the team. It provides a new method for the team performance evaluation. |
