高等学校运行机制亟待市场化

在计划机制下,高校的规模经济难以实现,且办学规模的快速扩大与计划机制的矛盾冲突更加明显、深刻。解决的办法就是适时推进高校机制市场化;建立多元办学体系,引入竞争机制;转变政府职能,落实高校办学自主权,让高校成为市场主体;同时要转换高校内部运行机制。以适应市场经济。

Institution of Higher Learning Operation Mechanism Needs Marketalization

In the planning mechanism,it is difficult for university to realize its scale-enlarging. Furthermore, there is an obvious and intense contradiction between higher learning institution's scale-enlarging and original planning mechanism. Therefore we should make great efforts to push on the marketalization of university mechanism,set up multi-system of running university ,introduce competitive mechanism to adapt themselves to the market.
