摘    要:结合我国企业绩效评价的发展需要,按照可持续发展战略的要求,结合平衡计分卡的四维指导思想,改进平衡计分卡的结构内容,从持续增长财务、相关利益反映、QHSE运营流程、持续创新能力四个维度构建绩效评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定指标递阶层次结构和权重,构建模糊综合评价模型,分层次进行模糊综合评价,并针对样本企业展开实例应用。

Abstract:At present,the concept of sustainable development has been integrated into enterprise management level,but specific performance evaluation still needs to continuously explore.Combined with the needs of enterprise performance evaluation in our country,and reference to previous research,according to the requirements of the sustainable development strategy,based on BSC(the Balanced Score Card)four-dimensional guiding ideology,improve the structure of Balanced Scorecard,establish performance evaluation index system comprising of the continued growth in financial,related interests reflected,QHSE operational processes and continuous innovation.And apply AHP to determine the indicators structure and weights,then constuct fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,proceed hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and an application example analysis.
