| 摘 要： | 循环经济是一种绿色经济，本质上属于生态经济。这种理念对于指导节水型社会建设有着不可替代的重要作用。本文通过对循环经济的探讨，分析了它在节水型社会建设中的作用和表现形式，并针对北方缺水城市鞍山提出了基于循环经济的节水型社会建设模式。
