| 摘 要： | 现代旅游人才应具有良好的音乐艺术素质，而目前高校在旅游人才的音乐艺术素质培养方面还有所欠缺，就音乐艺术素质对旅游人才的重要性和必要性、教育中存在的问题以及应采取的措施等方面进行了尝试性的探究。
