| 摘 要： | 本文认为,在全国重要的制造业基地苏南,现代物流尤其是第三方物流的发展却相当滞后,严重影响了苏南地区制造业企业的成长和发展,制约着先进制造业基地各种重要功能的发挥。全面提升苏南地区制造业产业竞争能力,必须大力发展第三方物流,在现有基础上进行系统整合。一要根除陈旧观念,确立现代物流的经营理念;二要加快对物流专业人才的培养;三要加大投入力度,促进物流业技术进步;四要以文明竞争心态,形成既竞争又合作的和谐运行机制;五要建立制度保障体系,制定必要的法律法规,加强物流业发展的协调管理营造现代物流业发展的制度环境

| Abstract: | This article suggests creating the modern manufacturing industry base will be unrealistic without the support of the modern logistics,especially the strong help of Third Party Logistics.For the mutually coordinative development,the following factors,such as revitalization of principles of service industry,education on intellects of logistics,establishment of operation mechanism,fostering advance in logistics industry technique and improvement of system background,need to be carefully integrated systematically. |
