| Abstract: | On the process of Chinese economy transformation, the power of manager is usually on the state of losing control because of the lacking of robust corporation's management mechanism. So, it is important to build up a right management mechanism in Chinese's corporations. This thesis analyzes the defects in Chinese's corporation management mechanism comprehensively and proposes some correlative amending strategies. |
