生态建设与经济发展的耦合分析——以河西地区为例

本文是对河西地区生态环境建设和经济发展耦合状况的一个基础性研究。以河西地区经济与生态可持续发展为指导，将经济与生态环境看成一个社会大系统中的两个相互影响的子系统，构建了经济发展与生态环境耦合关系的指标评价体系，并利用主成分分析法及耦合度的计算分析了河西地区所辖五市经济与生态环境的协凋发展状况，揭示河西地区经济发展过程中与生态环境间存在的矛盾，并对河西地区五市经济和生态环境耦合不良的原因进行了研究，最后提出促进河西地区经济和生态环境协调发展的对策建议。

Coupled Analysis on Ecological Construction and Economic Development in Hexin Area

This paper is a fundamental research on coupled condition of ecological environment construction and economic development in Hexi area. Guided by the economic and ecological sustainable development in Hexi area, the paper builds the index evaluation system of coupled relationship between economic development and eco- logical environment, regarding economy and ecological environment as two interacting subsystems of a social sys- tem. It analyzes economic and ecological environment coordinated development situation in five cities of Hexin area through principal component analysis { pca} and the calculation of the coupling factor, revealing the existing contra- diction between the process of economic development and the ecological environment in Hexi area, studying the rea- son for the undesirable coupling of economy and ecological environment in Hexi area. Finally it puts forward some measures and suggestions to promote economic and ecological environment coordinated development in Hexi area.
