基于模糊多属性方法的企业风险管理评价研究

企业风险管理是近些年逐渐发展起来的一门学科。随着风险管理引入企业管理活动,如何比较行业内不同企业的风险管理效果成为一个关键问题。本文在借鉴模糊多属性决策方法的基础上提出企业风险管理的评价模型,将区间数的判断矩阵转化为相离度矩阵,使用熵值对不同风险因素进行赋权,利用TOPSIS方法计算各企业的风险评价值,最终得出企业风险管理效果的判断标准,为衡量企业风险管理能力提供借鉴。

Study on Enterprise Risk Management Assessment Based on Fuzzy Multi-Attribute Decision-Making Method

Enterprise risk management has gradually become a useful discipline. With the introduction of risk management activities, how to compare different companies＇ risk management effect within the industry became a key issue. Based on the theory of fuzzy multi - attribute decision making method, this paper puts forward the evalu- ation model of enterprise risk management, turning interval number comparison matrix into a phase matrix, with the entropy of the different risk factors for empowerment and TOPSIS method to calculate the value of enterprise risk as- sessment. Finally it proposes judge standard of enterprise risk management effect for reference to measure enterprise risk management capabilities.
