| 摘 要： | 由于汽车中上游供应链具有供需交易频繁、制造商处于核心和信息不对称的地位等特征,试图通过对供应商和制造商之间因信号传递产生的风险进行博弈分析,寻找出3种贝叶斯均衡的条件和企业相应的理性策略,然后对3种均衡状态进行了详细阐述,从而针对性地给出风险防范策略。

| Abstract: | With some features like the frequent transactions about the supply and demand,the manufacturer being at the core and the status of asymmetric information in the automotive supply chain,this paper attempts to find out the three kinds of Bayesian equilibrium conditions and the corresponding business strategy for controlling risks by analyzing the risk concerned with the signals between suppliers and manufacturers using the game theory,then it describes the three kinds of equilibrium in detail and makes some targeted risk prevention strategies. |
