| Abstract: | The separation of core and non-core business and non-core business reformation can do benefit to enhancing the competition of the enterprise, developing mixed economy, cultivating new economy increasing points, enlarging and accelerating reemployment. The separation of core and non-core business and the reformation of non-core business is a complicated systems engineering, which is mass involved, strong policy directed , difficult to operate, and demanded to be elaborate design, rational organization, and reliable implementation. This article makes a thorough relation about its key point of policy and program requirement. |
