| 摘 要： | 利用视频监控系统能将被监控现场的实时图像和数据等信息快速地传送到监控中心,但所形成的视频图像往往很模糊,使人产生错误的判断,与建立监控系统的初衷相违背,同时也造成极大的资源浪费.那么,如何最大限度地保证视频图像的清晰可靠,哪种算法能最大限度地保证视频压缩的质量呢?文章主要从视频的采集、压缩、传输等方面来分析和探讨.

| Abstract: | Real-time image and data can be rapidly transmitted to monitoring center but the video image is more often than not vague causing false judgment, which runs counter to the purpose of the establishment of monitoring system and at the same time leads to resource waste. In this sense, how to maximally guarantee the clearance and liability video images and compressing quality of video? The article analyzes and discusses this question from the point of video acquiring, com-pressing and transmission. |
