乡镇人力资源管理的创新策略研究

摘    要:随着我国经济的快速发展,国家越来越重视乡镇人力资源管理工作。为了进一步提高乡镇人力资源管理质量,需要根据实际情况创新科技,完善法律法规以及政治体制,改革当前乡镇行政管理体系,减少区域行政管理体系的基础差异,改变乡镇人力资源情况。因此,论文针对乡镇人力资源管理的创新策略进行简要分析,并提出合理化建议。

Abstract:With the rapid development of China's economy,the country pays more and more attention to the township human resources management work.In order to further improve the quality of township human resources management,we need to innovate science and technology according to the actual situation,improve laws and regulations and political system,reform the current township administration system,reduce the basic differences of regional administration system,and change the situation of township human resources.Therefore,this paper briefly analyzes the innovative strategies of township human resources management,and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
