亳州市营商环境的现状及优化路径研究

近几年,亳州市高度重视营商环境的建设工作,扎实推进“四送一服”,深入开展“放管服”改革,积极开展“服务企业年”活动等,取得了一定的成绩,但也存在一些问题。针对亳州行政审批,法治环境,企业负担重,小微企业融资难、融资贵,市场监管等方面的问题,以公平竞争、知识产权保护、“放管服”改革和高水平对外开放为抓手,积极打造亳州的营商环境。

Research on the Status Quo of Business Environment in Bozhou City and Its Optimization Path

In recent years,Bozhou City has attached great importance to the construction of the business environment,solidly promoted the"four send and one service",carried out the reform of"delegation of control and service",and actively carried out the"service enterprise year"activities,and achieved certain results.However,there are also some problems.In view of the problems in Bozhou,such as administrative examination and approval,legal environment,heavy burden of enterprises,difficult and expensive financing for small and micro enterprises,market supervision and so on,the government will actively create a business environment in Bozhou by focusing on fair competition,intellectual property protection,reform of"delegation of control and service"and high-level opening up.
