国有施工企业成本控制、风险识别与治能现代化——基于数据视角

对于建设施工企业而言,工程项目是企业的基础,也是企业管理的难点和重点,成本管理是项目管理的重要内容。对于一个大型建设施工单位来说,对诸多不确定性因素带来的风险进行有效分析和管控,离不开数据的获取和分析。论文利用企业已有的内部数据,根据企业成本构成和重要性筛选出关键风险点,做好数据集成工作,对其进行数据跟踪,对重要信息进行有效的提取,并建立相应的数据库,以期为企业发展提供保障。

The Modernization of Cost Control,Risk Identification and Governance Capacity of State-Owned Construction Enterprises——Based on Data Perspective

For the construction enterprises,the engineering project is the foundation of the enterprises,but also the difficulty and focus of management in enterprises.Cost management is an important part of project management.For a large construction unit,effective analysis and control of risks arising from many uncertainties cannot be achieved without the acquisition and analysis of data.This paper uses the existing internal data of the enterprise to screen out the key risk points according to the cost composition and importance of the enterprise,do well the data aggregation work,track the data,extract the important information effectively,and establish the corresponding database,with a view to providing security for the development of the enterprise.
