摘    要:当前,随着社会经济的快速发展与进步,对于事业单位来讲,人力资源管理工作是自身管理工作的重要组成部分,对其进行现代化改革是必然趋势,也是提升事业单位工作效率与员工凝聚力的必然举措。因此,论文以事业单位的人力资源管理能力提升为研究对象,对当前事业单位内部的人力资源管理工作水平进行探讨,对存在的问题进行研究,然后以此为基础提出针对性的措施,以期提高事业单位的人力资源管理能力。

Abstract:At present,with the rapid development and progress of society and economy,for public institutions,human resources management work is an important part of their own management work.It is an inevitable trend to carry out modernization reform,and it is also an inevitable measure to improve the work efficiency and staff cohesion of public institutions.Therefore,this paper takes the promotion of human resources management ability of public institutions as the research object,discusses the current internal human resources management work level of public institutions,studies the existing problems,and then puts forward targeted measures on this basis,so as to improve the human resources management ability of public institutions.
