| Abstract: | In the enterprise internal management,financial budget management can better allocate the various resources of the enterprise,and can effectively improve the level of enterprise internal control,which plays an important function in the development of the enterprise.Based on this,enterprise managers in the process of internal control,need to pay attention to the function of budget management.This paper emphatically discusses the function of budget management in the enterprise internal control,and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the enterprise internal control through budget management. |
