| Abstract: | Cultural differences are one of the sources of the main difficulties and hindrances in the course of translating activity.According to the typical cultural differences in Chinese and English,the effective ways in translation are:literal translation,liberal translation,literal translation with extension,literal translation with footnote,and liberal translation with footnote. |
