| Abstract: | Network has been leading great changes in structor, control and work organizations.How about on the medium and small enterprises? Theories of scale economics,transaction cost and etc are applied here to prove that the minimum efficient scale is decreasing with the rapid progress of network and communication technology. We argue that the M&S enterprises will be more prosperous in the network economy. |
