| 摘 要： | 近几年农民收入增长缓慢 ,如何增加农民的收入 ?本文认为 :充分认识农民收入的重要性是增加农民收入的前提 ,稳定农业生产是增加农民收入的基础 ,调整农业产业结构是增加农民收入的迫切需要 ,发展非农产业是增加农民收入的关键 ,加快小城镇建设是增加农民收入的有效途径 ,深化农村经济体制改革是增加农民收入的体制保证 ,加大扶贫工作力度是增加农民收入的重要手段 ,其它措施是增加农民收入的必要保证。
