紧紧围绕服务国家建设 推动行业科学发展——在中国注册会计师协会第五届理事会第二次会长会上的讲话

李勇会长要求,面对新形势、新变化和新要求,2012年要爪点抓好以下工作:一是坚持抓诚倍主线。从理论、制度、政策、体制、机制等各方面,研究行业诚信。二是坚持抓战略实施。新时期深化战略实施,要清醒认识并处理好高标准、国际化与实施的关系、战略规划实施与解决当前问题的关系、不同工作之间资源分配关系、挥协会职能与调动注册会计师主观能动性的关系。三是坚持抓干部队伍建设。

President Li Yong speaks at the 2nd President Meeting of the 5th Council of CICPA urging the profession to join forces on the task of serving national construction and promote scientific development

President Li Yong urges the Institute to face new situations,changes and requirements of the profession,and to focus on the following aspects in 2012:Firstly,stick to the main line of integrity.Research needs to be conducted on integrity in theory,system and policy;Secondly,stick to the implementation of strategies.The implementation of strategies should be further taken forward and several key relationships be clearly understood and dealt with,which include the relationship among high standards,internationalization and implementation,relationship between strategic planning and solving of present issues,allocation of resources among different tasks as well as the relationship between bringing into play the Institute’ s function and stimulating the subjective initiative of CPAs;Thirdly,continually add to the construction of cadre forces.
