| 摘 要： | 本文从武汉市公用行业的管理现状入手，通过对武汉市公用行业市场化改革的必然性与可行性分析，找出目前武汉市公用行业市场化改革的制约因素，从而为武汉市公用行业市场化经营中政府定位以及公用行业多元化经营找到切实可行的改革方案，从管理体制、价格机制、融资渠道、市场竞争力、政府调控、法制建设等方面提出了武汉市公用行业市场化多元经营的对策。

| Abstract: | Beginning with the necessity and feasibility analysis, this paper points out the factors restricting the reform of marketization of municipal utility. It aims to provide practical reform project for the governmental orientation and multiple operation of municipal utility. It also puts forward countermeasures for the multiple operation of municipal utility from management system, price mechanism, financing channels, market competitiveness and governmental adjustment and legislation, etc. |
