摘    要:文章选取我国16家商业银行2010年的得分数据,建立了“绿色投入与产出”的指标体系,采用组合DEA模型,实证分析了我国商业银行的绿色管理效率水平,并提出了改进路径。结果表明:我国商业银行的绿色管理效率水平整体偏低,绿色管理规模较小是主要原因;由于监管政策的偏重,造成我国商业银行在“退出两高贷款”、“环境信息披露”、“采取环境措施”方面做得较好,但在“环境政策制定”、“环境部门设置”、“加入环保准则”以及“对外倡导环境理念”四方面需要进一步扩大绿色管理规模。

Empirical Analysis of Green Management Efficiency of Chinese Commercial Banks under Low-carbon Economy: Based on Combined DEA Model

Abstract:Using the score data of 16 commercial banks in China in 2010, this paper establishes an index system of green input and output, and employs combined DEA model to empirically ana- lyze the green management efficiency of Chinese commercial banks. And then it puts forward some approaches to the improvement of green management efficiency. It comes to the following conclusions that: firstly, as a whole, the green management efficiency of Chinese commercial banks is low, which is mainly caused by small green management scale; secondly, the bias empha- sis of regulatory policy leads to good performance of Chinese commercial banks in such aspects as the exit from high-energy-consumption industries, environmental information disclosure, and en- vironmental measures,but a space for greater green management scale in the aspects of the for- mulation of environmental policy,the establishment of environmental sectors, participation in en- vironment protection guidelines and external advocacy of environmental concepts.
