Exploration and Practice of Downhole Operation Supervision Management in No.1 Oil Production Factory of Changqing Oilfields

The problem on how to make full use of and mobilize the equipment resources,management resources and technological forces that every market-driven operation company possesses so as to serve the downhole operation of No.1 Oil Production Factory in Changqing Oilfield Company,and how to form the unique,effective and sustainable development supervision concept in order to strengthen process control and improve the operation quality,has become one that can’t be neglected.The experiences and shortcomings during one-year implementation of downhole operation supervision are summarized and communicated in the paper,which provides some theoretical instruction for improving the downhole operation supervision management in No.1 Oil Production Factory of Changqing Oilfield Company.
