摘    要:随着科技和经济的持续进步,食品包装逐渐成为目前我国十分重视的对象之一。近些年来,食品包装造成的安全事件时有发生,造成问题出现的主要原因便来自于包装材质、添加剂以及微生物等方面。为此,我国理应提高对于包装材料安全性的重视程度,并对原有的检测技术进行改进。本文将阐述食品污染出现的主要问题和原因,分析包装材料污染的具体原因,并对于具体防止污染的方法方面提出一些合理的见解。

Abstract:With the continuous progress of science,technology and economy,food packaging has gradually become one of the objects that our country attaches great importance to.In recent years,there have been frequent safety incidents caused by food packaging,and the main reasons for the problems are the packaging materials,additives and microorganisms.Therefore,our country should pay more attention to the safety of packaging materials and improve the original testing technology.This article will elaborate the main problems and causes of food pollution,analyze the specific causes of packaging material pollution,and put forward some reasonable opinions on specific methods to prevent pollution.
