美国对华贸易政策调整:背景、原则与目标

2006年,中美贸易进入了新的阶段,美国调整了其对华贸易政策。其基本点是通过促使中国进一步开放市场、扩大内需、特别是通过扩大美国对华出口来降低中国的高额国民储蓄,减少两国之间的贸易收支失衡。从纠正宏观经济内外失衡的角度来说,美国对华贸易政策调整与中国的贸易政策目标取向是一致的。但是,我们也应对双方贸易政策目标冲突的地方予以关注。

US Adjustments of its Trade Policies towards China:the Backgrouds, Objective and Goals

The US adjusted its trade policies towards China in the beginning of 2006 when Sino-US trade relationship entered into a new phase.The basic idea of the trade policies toward China is to urge China to reduce its higher domestic saving rate by encouraging its domestic demand and expanding import from the US in order to balance the trade.From the point of adjusting the imbalance of macroeconomies in the two countries,the objectives and goals of US trade policies is in accordance with that in China,but we still need to pay much attention to those that may conflict with China.
