Reflection on Formation of the Theory of Property Income

In the report of the 17th National Congress of the Commu-nist Party of China,creating the condition to let more people possess the property incomewas mentioned for the first time.This theory has the rich connotation and the fresh idea,which is the great achievement of our system of income distribution reforming for 30 years.At the same time,it can direct us to construct the well-being society compre-hensively and take the policy into consideration to shorten the gap of the social development.
