Chain management is a successful way of doing business.Effective and efficient logistics distribution model is the basis and protection for the chain enterprises' high development.This paper starting from the actual situation of Chinese Chain Enterprises' Logistics Distribution,divides our country's chain enterprises into four main categories on the basis of analyzing the development of China's logistics chain enterprises restricted by the logistics distribution,comprehensively analyses applicable logistics distribution model for the four types of chain enterprises,and makes choices for China's chain enterprises' distribution model.
