| 摘 要： | 对我国农业剩余劳动力的转移现状进行了分析 ,以此对我国近年来的农业剩余劳动力政策进行了反思 ,并指出与实践要求所形成的较大偏差及目前国内理论界公认的农业剩余劳动力转移理论的基本点 ,提出了关于制定农业剩余劳动力转移政策的建议。
