| Abstract: | Directly Applicable Law is one of the most forward studies of private international law.It originated from Europe and as a kind of selective method of laws,it breaks through tradition and has special internal structure,nature and features which distinguishes itself from conflict rules,applicable law and reservation of public order.The theoretical research on Directly Applicable Law in our country is still in the beginning stages.This article provides a preliminary analysis of primary content of the theories of Directly Applicable Law. |
