当前中国企业供应链中的伦理管理问题探析

随着供应链管理在我国的兴起,在实践中我国企业的供应链管理暴露出很多问题,其中伦理管理问题尤为突出。现有对供应链管理中伦理管理的研究比较少,主要是研究链内部分企业或整体供应链中伦理问题。本文试图从宏观、中观和微观三个层次对在实际供应链管理中出现的问题进行分析,并指出问题的主要原因,而且从营销角度提出解决措施。

Probing into Chinese enterprise supply chain''''s ethic management problem at present

With the flourish of the logistical management in China , many questions, especially about ethics management, have been exposed in the practice of the Chinese enterprise logislical management . Currently, there is little research about the ethics managenment in the logistic management , which have mainly focused on partial enterprises or enthe logistical enterprises in the logistic. Tbis paper will try to analyse the questions in the praetical logistical managcment through lnacrneosm , mediuncosm and microcosm, then find the key reasons and provide solutions from the angle of marketing.
