我国炼油工业发展“十一五”回顾与“十二五”展望

2010年底,我国原油一次加工能力达到5.04亿吨/年,同比增长6.8%,总能力居世界第二位。全年炼油装置基本保持在高负荷运行,2010年国内原油加工量为4.23亿吨,累计成品油（汽、煤、柴油）产量为2.53亿吨,同比分别增长12.2%和10.8%。＂十一五＂期间,我国炼油业实现了原油加工量和成品油产量的双增长,炼油布局进一步调整优化,集约化程度不断提高,节能减排工作进一步推进,油品结构调整取得进展,替代燃料发展取得新突破。＂十二五＂是我国炼油工业转变发展方式、由大走强的关键时期。炼油总规模将继续扩张,炼油能力将突破6亿吨/年,原油加工量和成品油产量将持续上升,炼油装置结构和布局将进一步调整优化,千万吨级炼厂将增至30座左右,油品质量进一步升级,外资权益能力进一步上升,炼油工业的市场主体多元化格局将进一步发展。与此同时,产品标准将不断提高,节能减排工作继续深入;生物燃料等替代能源将在科学、规范、有序的基础上得到更大发展。

By the end of 2010 China's crude oil processing capacity reached 504 million tons/year, for an annual increase of 6.8%, becoming the second largest total capacity in the world.
