国际化经营对中国商业银行效率的影响研究

本文采用Malmquist全要素生产率指数(TFP)对2004~2009年13家中国商业银行的效率进行了测评,并就国际化经营对上述银行效率的影响进行了实证分析。结果表明,国际化经营对于中国商业银行效率提高有积极影响,同时中国商业银行在国际化进程初期应以服务原有客户为基点,分享其贸易结算、投资收益;在缺乏客户基础的地区新设海外分支机构、发放贷款等纯资产业务扩张上保持谨慎;通过发展非利息收入转变海外收入增长方式,实现海外业务稳步扩张和良性循环。

Research on the Impact of International Operation on the Efficiency of Chinese Commercial Banks
