| 摘 要： | 截至2010年底,全国天然气累计探明地质储量9.3万亿立方米,剩余技术可采储量3.9万亿立方米,同比增长3.7%;2010年,中国天然气产量952.1亿立方米,同比增13.2%,中国石化集团和中国海油产量突破百亿立方米;天然气管网调配能力增强;天然气进口量达到174.8亿立方米;消费量突破千亿立方米。2010年中国天然气价格调整向前迈出一步;川气东送正式商业运营,长三角形成＂多气源供应、多公司竞争＂格局;山西晋煤集团获得煤层气采矿许可证,成为中国首个获得煤层气采矿权许可的煤炭企业;国家收紧煤制天然气项目审批;各地掀起＂气化＂高潮。＂十二五＂仍将是中国天然气行业发展的黄金时期,预计2015年中国天然气利用规模将达到2000亿立方米以上;更加科学合理的天然气定价机制将是＂十二五＂中国必须解决的重大问题;建议国家采取各种灵活的政策促进调峰和储备设施的建设。
