The Cause and Solution of the Enterprise Risk in the Transformation of Chinese Economy

We are in the stage of social transformation nowadays. Due to the combination of normal risk and the special risk in this stage, the enterprise risks become more complicated. What is the root of these complicated risks？ What is the trigger？ If these questions cannot be answered well, once the individual enterprise risks converge and break out, the losses will destroy the whole economy. This paper will discuss the risk management methods for both enterprises and government on the base of the analysis in the process of risk development.
