摘    要:随着人民生活水平的不断提高,越来越多的药品广告走近了百姓的生活。合法的广告对提高消费者药品知识水平,指导合理用药起到了积极作用。但是,目前大量非法的虚假的药品广告泛滥成灾,误导了消费者,给广大病患者身心健康造成很大损害,在社会上造成了恶劣的影响,扰乱了正常的市场经济秩序,我国药品广告市场到了亟待治理的境地。国外许多国家在药品广告管理方面的经验值得我们借鉴。

Abstract:Along with Chinese standard of living improved, more and more pharmaceutical advertisements appears in common people life. Legal advertisements facilitate customers' life, but in China overrunned illegal pharmaceutical advertisements misadvises the customers, especially the patients. This creates bad influence and disturbs the normal market economy rule, Chinese Pharmace utical advertisement marketing must be administered urgently. We can draw lessons from Occident experiences to administer pharmaceutical advertisements.
