| 摘 要： | 家庭承包制与农业经营效益低下的矛盾,其原因不是家庭土地承包制本身,而是土地小规模分散经营。因此,保持农村家庭承包制的稳定,需要从家庭土地承包规模的变动中求得整体制度的稳定。可以在自愿的基础上,建立土地自主流转机制,及时调整家庭经营规模,这不仅是提高农业经营效益,也是保证家庭承包责任制能够在不断变化的市场环境中保持有效运行的重要条件。

| Abstract: | The low agricultural efficiency is due to the scattered household operation of small scale but not to the contract system.Only in dynamic state can household operation scale be adjusted according to market to stabilize the contract system.Therefore,the construction of a reasonable and convenient land transfer system,and proper adjustment of operation scale can improve the operation efficiency and ensure the proper operation of the system in the changing market. |
