促进产业集群企业衍生的关键"软因素"分析--以浙江"块状经济"企业衍生的经验为例

在浙江，由大量中小企业集群构成的“块状经济”已经成为当地最主要的产业组织形式。本文以“软因素”分析理论为基础，从社会网络、无形资源、弹性专业化三个方面，用案例实证的方法，研究了促进浙江“块状经济”企业衍生的关键“软因素”，最后对这三个关键“软因素”的发展与变化作了动态分析。

Analysis of Key "Software Factors" Enhancing SMEs Spin-offs in Industrial Cluster:The Case of SMEs Spin-off in the Zhejiang Agglomeration Economies

Agglomeration economies which consist of mass small and medium enterprises clusters have become the dominating form of industrial organization in Zhejiang Province. Based on the theory of software factors analysis, selecting social network,intangible resources, and flexible specialization, adopting the means of case demonstration,this paper discusses the key software factors which enhancing the SMEs spin-offs within the Zhejiang agglomeration economies. And at last, this paper studies the changes and developments of these important software factors with the method of dynamic analysis.
