| Abstract: | The fundamental theory of team is an important component in the entire team theory system, which has a higher academic value and practical significance. Based on outlining researchs on team,this article makes clear of the role of team structure and elaborates the theoretical basic of teamwork organization.Then it mainly analyses the team role theory, and emphasizes that teamworking is an efficient way of managing and developing human resources. |
