| 摘 要： | 渔业经济的持续增长、专属经济区制度的实施给我国渔业资源造成了巨大压力,为了合理开发和保护渔业资源,提高渔业资源的配置效率,必须加强对渔业资源管理制度的经济学研究,为此首先要了解目前国际上的研究进展。本文回顾了世界渔业资源管理制度的演变和经济学界对渔业资源管理制度的研究,指出了今后的研究方向。

| Abstract: | The development of fisheries economy and the implementation of the system of Exclusive Economic Zone has exerted a great pressure on Chinese fisheries resources.In order to protect the fisheries resources and improve the allocation efficiency of fisheries resources,studies on the management systems of these resources in China must be carried out from the economics point of view.This paper reviewed the development of these systems and worldwide economics study on them,and then pointed out the direction for the further study of the future. |
